Indianapolis Metropolitan Police have made an arrest in recent shooting at a Keystone Avenue muffler repair shop.
James Norwood was preliminarily charged with aggravated battery, criminal recklessness and firearms violations in the May 4 shooting at Ralph’s Muffler & Brake at 4359 N. Keystone Ave. An employee of the shop, Charles Potter, 43, was injured in the shooting.
