During leaf season, November 8 through December 3, residents may place up to 40 bags of leaves on the curb on their regular trash pick-up day at no extra cost. Leaves should bagged in plastics bags—not paper— since paper may break apart in wet weather. Bags should be in place by 7 a.m. The Department of Public Works reminds residents that they should not rake leaves into the street. Help control flooding by keeping leaves clear of storm drains.
