No foolin’! On April 1, Indianapolis parking meter rates in parts of downtown and Midtown will change from $1.50 to $1.75 per hour. Only meters located in the downtown core area, along Massachusetts Avenue and in Broad Ripple (Zone 1 and Zone 4) will be affected. According to Park Indy, these areas represent 1,931 of the 4,211 metered parking spaces in the city. Days and hours of operation will not change: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
