IndyPL’s Summer Reading Program begins June 1

The Indianapolis Public Library’s 101st Summer Reading Program, “Imagine Your Story,” begins June 1.

The Summer Reading Program is presented by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation. Participants can design their own adventure by reading library books, books from home, e-books, magazines, graphic novels, or listening to audiobooks. New in 2020 is the ability to track the amount of time spent reading rather than the number of books in order to qualify for prizes donated by a variety of community sponsors. Prizes are awarded at one-hour, five-hour and 10-hour levels of achievement. This year’s presenting sponsor is the Indianapolis Indians. The program ends August 1, 2020.

More information is available at IndyPL’s website.
