New Leaders for Midtown Nonprofits

Veteran fund development officer, volunteer coordinator and youth development professional LaNisha Clark has been named the new executive director of Freewheelin’ Community Bikes. The Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood-based nonprofit supports hundreds of Indianapolis area youths with its Earn-A-Bike project that builds self-confidence and bicycle mechanics skills in participants. 

Summer Keown has been hired as the new executive director of the Broad Ripple Village Association. Her background in the nonprofit world as well as special event management made her the top candidate. She will work out of the BRVA office, 818 Broad Ripple Avenue.
