Gershmon Partners has received City approval for construction of a 43,672 square foot office building on four lots in the 6400 block of Ferguson Street in Broad Ripple.

The all-timber construction will be unique for an office building. Exterior finishes include glass, steel, and zinc. The ground floor will be devoted to the lobby and parking. Additional on-site parking will be provided in an adjacent lot as well as along the public right-of-way on Ferguson and on 65th Street.

Wide sidewalks, street trees, landscaping, and art installation will help create a more pedestrian-friendly atmosphere in a section of the Village that currently lacks sidewalks.

Tenant amenities include indoor bike storage and a 4th floor balcony. The development team is currently in discussions with the City about public subsidy in the form of TIF or property tax abatement for the $20 million project
